Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build loyalty & brand awareness.

  • Responsible for designing and implementing the communication strategy across all program interventions.

  • Develop reports, case studies, success stories, field stories, videos, photos, and other media content that can be put up on the public forum to spread awareness of work.

  • Coordinate with the policy and research teams to design outreach material for effective presentations to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain social media image by regularly updating Twitter, Facebook, and blog accounts with meaningful content.

  • Maintain and update website regularly to ensure that work is posted regularly for public view.

  • Lead or support the preparation of newsletters, press releases, infographics, videos, and other communications materials.The Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree Rural Development/Development Studies/Social Work/Social Sciences/Mass communication

  • Priority will be given to Person with not less than three (3) years of experience.

  • Working Knowledge of Hindi and English is compulsory

  • Should have good working knowledge on computer skills

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Preparation of progress & others essential reports to be submitted to donor on time

  • Consistency in data and information shared – Data accuracy

  • Quality of Data analysis and projection

  • Documenting Good Practices and sharing feedback with team

  • Understanding and analyzing challenges faced – documenting findings

  • Result, Process and Good Practices documentation
