Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, including understanding of consumer behavior, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
