Job Description
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Proactively reach out to potential customers through various means Listen attentively to customers needs and concerns, asking probing questions to understand their requirements.
Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors offerings.
Sales Presentations
Create compelling sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase how the company’s offerings can solve customers problems or fulfill their needs.
Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
Sales Targets
Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as defined by the company.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to make informed decisions.
Documentation And Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Education/Experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Knowledge of the industry and products/services being sold.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in relevant sales software and CRM tools.
No. Of Positions – 1 Female for Ranchi & 1 for Bhuneswar Patia location
any mobile background & Budget will increase up to Rs.20k if the person is experienced in iPhone mobile sales
Incentive- Upto 5000
Qualification – Minimum HS passed
Experience – Must have experience in Mobile sales for at least 3-4 years. Must be presentable & fluency in English will be given priority
Age – Within 35 yrs.
