Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CASA sales officer position located in Jamshedpur. The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new CASA customers while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves meeting with potential customers, explaining the benefits of opening a CASA account, and guiding them through the account opening process. Additionally, the Customer Acquisition Specialist will promote and cross-sell other banking and financial products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field 1+ years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. Should have skills in CASA and KYC. Good understanding of the banking products and services and relevant regulatory guidelines. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi. Strong analytical skills and attention to details. Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
