Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our renewable energy solutions. This is a full-time position based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the renewable energy sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries and requests
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand network and generate leads
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay abreast of industry developments
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
