Experience – 7 to 13 years

Location- Jamshedpur. (WFO)

Must Have –

candidate must have experience in Alloy Steel

Candidate must be in leadership role for 4-5 years

Must have handled a team of minimum 15-20 employees who are in permanent role

Must have exposure in EAF (Electric-arc Furnaces)

Job Responsibility

Safe working culture across the plant

Co-ordination with top management for optimization of productivity

To reduce specific energy consumption of per ton of steel

Electric arc furnace (EAF) and Ladle Refining furnace (LRF) experience is mandatory

To Facilitate in Modification of equipments and processes

Facilitate New Product development

Facilitate Training of employees

Monitoring of delays and CAPA implementation

Development of sub ordinates by training to take higher responsibilities to achieve organization goal.

Proper co ordination with quality to restrict rejection and customers satisfaction

Ensure SOP availability for all processes compliance as per SOPSteel making.

Data analytics

Quality aspects of the relevant products and their relationship with process parameters

Behavioural Competencies
