SALESPERSON REQUIRED – IMMEDIATE JOINING

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team as a Store & Services Tie-ups specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain partnerships with stores and contractors to expand our product and service range and enhance our delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the D2C and B2C industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Salesperson – Store & Service Tie-ups, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

1.   Store Acquisition:

•       Identify potential stores that align with our target market and product offerings.

•       Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

•       Initiate contact and establish relationships with store owners/managers to introduce our delivery app and its benefits.

•       Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

•       Achieve store acquisition targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and conversion process.

 

2.   Contractor Acquisition:

•       Identifying potential contractors as per the service categories of our company and align that with our target market and service offerings.

•       Utilise various sales tools, databases, and platforms to maintain an organised and up-to-date lead pipeline.

•       Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with contractors to introduce our delivery apps and its benefits.

•       Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation.

•       Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and networking activities to generate sales leads.

3.   Client Relationship Management:

•       Build, nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner stores and contractors.

•       Understand clients’ needs, objectives, and pain points, and position our products/services as solutions.

•       Serve as the primary point of contact for all kind of partner stores and contractors, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise.

•       Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination with partner stores.

•       Provide regular updates and reports on store performance, sales, and feedback.

4.   Business Development:

•       Continuously explore new avenues for store tie-ups and expansion of product offerings along with contractors tie-ups.

•       Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximise revenue potential.

•       Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase store engagement and sales.

•       Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

4.   Sales Analysis and Reporting:

•       Track and analyse sales data, store performance metrics, contractor performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimise partnership strategies.

•       Prepare and present regular reports on store acquisition progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market insights to the management team.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

•       A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.

•       Proven track record of successful store acquisition and business development along with strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

•       Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

•       Excellent sales and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our delivery app.

•       Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

•       Familiarity with the local market and an existing network of store contacts is highly desirable.

•       Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
