– Sound inter-personal and communication skills.
– Understanding the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
– Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
– Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking.
– Social Media hiring, Passive hiring, Talent mapping, Networking, Referencing Head hunting, Client handling, Client Meeting, maintaining systematic records of submittals and on experience on Sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
– Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
– Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
– Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Ready to work on the hiring projects related to Eduinq or the Clientele network of the Yeag Technology.
– Must be familiar with the recruitment industry and ready to build own brand as a freelancer in the same industry.
– Must have sound communication and interpersonal Skills.
– Familiar with the social media tools and required extensions.
– Need to work closely with the HR fraternity from the industry.
