Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager – AVP at Workassist in Patna. As a Regional Sales Manager – AVP, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within your assigned region, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
The Regional Sales Manager – Liabilities is responsible for leading and managing the sales team for liability products (CASA, FD, RD, etc.) within a designated region
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets for liability products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
- Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to meet individual and collective sales targets.
- Ensure effective training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management
- Foster and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
