Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Trainer to join our team in Patna,- Bihar India. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to our employees, ensuring their readiness to excel in their roles. This is a junior-level position suitable for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in training and development
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Functional Responsibilities: –
Planning and conducting training as per monthly plan
The trainer will travel to different locations to train participants
Attending complaints at customer site
Prepare product panels; Mobilize trainees; Handle new
assignments as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Assess training needs and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars in a clear and engaging manner
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and ensure application on the job
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals
- Maintain training records and generate reports as required
Education Qualification: – Post graduate/Graduate from any background
Computer Knowledge: – Good knowledge on computers, word, excel, internet and email.
Travelling: – Need to travel as and when required.
Required Experience/Skills: –
2-4 years working experience
Communication skills: – Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team,training/meeting
Language (Read +Write +Speak): – Local language must and Hindi and English
