We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Tele caller cum counsellor to join our company.

Responsibilities

Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing as well as potential clients. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely and collect desired information from the clients. You are also required to write down important information provided by the client and follow up with them on a regular basis.

As an ideal counsellor, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities, politeness and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Qualifications

*Graduate with any stream

*Atleast 1 year experience in academic counselling will be preferred. Freshers also can apply.

*Basic computer skills

*Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
