We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development and will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase our company’s revenue and profitability. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and for driving the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in a relevant industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients and partners, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new products and services that meet market demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
• Monitor and report on sales and business development activities, and analyze results to improve performance.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and network with potential clients and partners.
• Continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
