Role Description:

WCPL is offering a summer internship. The role will be of Human Resources Intern who will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications:
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and remotely
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Enrollment in a degree program related to Human Resources
Duration : 2 months
Stipend : Performance based
