• Pitch company’s modules to schools, corporates, distributors and afterschool networks in the assigned zone.
• Manage and build a team of Area Sales Managers. Starting with a team of 2 in Jharkhand and then expanding Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, West Bengal and North East via own team and a set of channel partners.
• Must be capable to achieve the assigned monthly sales target for the zone.
• Must have a strong network of channel partners catering to schools.
• Build a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets while also monitoring key metrics – number of outreaches, proposals sent, and final conversion.
• Plan approaches and pitches for school and other institutional partners.
• Develop channel partners in assigned territories.
• Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.

Candidate Profile:

• B-school background with a minimum 5 yrs+ of B2B sales experience (preferably in the education sector)
• Very good communication skills
• Must have own laptop and internet connection
