Chemical and microbiological testing of raw materials

Complete laboratory testing of finished goods

Analysis and verification of test reports

Maintain lab reports, technical specifications, audit reports

Keep close track of customer reviews and share weekly reports

Track FSSAI website for food regulations

Investigation of complaint, maintaining and preparation of investigation reports

Training to concern person whenever required

Analysis of the complaint sample as and when required

Recommendation of any changes in process

Coordinate with external labs & internal stakeholders.

Preparation of technical specification sheet as assigned.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the management

Documentation and implementation of Indian and international food safety certifications and standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, BRC).

Operational knowledge of microbial and chemical equipment

SOP designing and implementation.

Labor training on food safety.
