Role:- VP – Cluster CTO for Bihar Jharkhand and Orissa.

Role & responsibilities

– Influencing and shaping Cluster business strategy including technology investment plans;

– Planning and execution of technology capacity and services to support annual and longer term strategy;

– Significant contribution to Business profitability through effective working capital management and minimal inventories;

– Quality services and rich customer experience and in the process ensure market leadership;

– National and local compliances legal and regulatory

– High performance culture and collaboration with relevant stakeholders

– Health and Safety of all employees and partners

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent domain knowledge and industry experience to detail technology plans which enable strategy delivery, revenue maximization and profitability.

Strong leadership capability to lead a big team, and to engage with leadership team and develop credible technology plans to enable market leadership

Strategy handling skills and alignment between planning and strategy

Financial acumen to handle budgeting/forecasting/spend management

Understanding of regulatory conditions / challenges in the country
