Job Purpose
- Directing zonal operations to grow customer and revenue market share.
- Overall distribution planning and management for the zone.
- Responsible for managing gross and net adds and total revenue of prepaid subscriber base through channel/trade engagement
- Ensuring smooth operations and zone profitability, focusing on revenue growth and identifying opportunities for cost control on an ongoing basis.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Deliver overall Gross ,GAS & Customer Market Share target for the zone
- Achieve targeted net adds through Distribution Infra, Engagement and Productivity in the zone
- Deliver overall Revenue target for the zone across all products and channels
- Achieve savings on allocated COCA / SAC (controllable components) and G&A budgets at the zonal level
- Partner and leverage the Network/CS and Brand teams to drive
- Brand visibility
- Seamless coverage and reduction of LUTs
- Enhancing Customer Experience throughout the lifecycle
- Coaching, mentoring and retention of on-roll team members
- Management of off-roll employees and agencies Sales
- Drive compliance with HSW norms across the zone and extended partner population

- Influencing skills, analytical and commercial ability, effective relationship management skills and proven ability to function within a matrix-organization
- Experience of distribution planning and channel strategy implementation and managing large number of partners of varying sizes and complexity
- Ability to lead, engage and coach large teams for effective performance
- Thorough understanding of business levers to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Ability to manage dynamic, high-uncertainty environments and Independent thought leadership with drive to execute
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Preferably an MBA
Experience in Office productivity tools

- 10-15 years of distribution and/or general management experience in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry
