1. Business Planning & Sales forecasting:
- Develop business and growth plan together with Visteon Customer Business Group. Report, maintain, and update information through Visteon financial planning tool.
- Consolidate customer forecast and pricing data for monthly forecast. Work closely with Finance group to report to Management and deliver numbers provided in forecast report
2. Business Development & Business Pursuit:
- Support Visteon Customer Business Group to conduct Tech show, Marketing & Sales activities as necessary to present company and promote product portfolio
- Support Visteon Customer Business Group to acquire market data, customer product and sourcing strategy to identify business opportunities
- Define key contact of local customers and set up engagement plan to get RFI/RFQ
- Lead quote activities including RFQ/RFI review, provide quote assumption, coordinate cost study with cross functional team, develop business case and target, and get approval from Management
- Prepare quote package, present proposal, negotiate, and solicit pricing feedback from customer following a sourcing decision
- Report status and action plan of business pursuit to Management in regular basis
- Complete assigned tasks in Visteon system for Gate review
3. Account Management
- Receive customer request, provide commercial response, and negotiate all commercial conditions with customer
- Follow up and validate purchase order. Complete pricing data into Visteon system
- Engage Visteon legal team as required for any contract or terms review
- Support the Project Leader in preparing for the Project and Gate review
- Respond customer request, survey, and specific audit relating to commercial side
- Lead customer satisfaction survey and report to Management. Maintain and enhance relationship with customers
