Vision India Services Pvt Ltd Looking for Trainer-Retail Sales Associate at Ranchi, Jharkhand

I. Key Responsibility:

• Plan and deliver training programs related to the retail sector as per the DDU GKY project guidelines.
• Use a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, role plays, and simulations, to ensure effective learning.
• Develop or customize training modules and materials that align with the specific requirements and standards of the retail sector.
• Ensure that the training curriculum complies with DDU GKY project guidelines and industry best practices.
• Focus on enhancing the participants’ skills and knowledge related to retail operations, customer service, inventory management, and sales techniques.
• Provide hands-on training and real-world scenarios to make learners job-ready.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the progress and effectiveness of the training programs.
• Provide feedback to participants and make necessary adjustments to training methods and content.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and performance outcomes for each participant.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by the DDU GKY project
• Offer guidance and support to participants in their job search and placement efforts within the retail sector.
• Address any queries or concerns from trainees regarding the training program or career prospects.
• Ensure that the training activities adhere to all DDU GKY project guidelines and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and retail sector developments to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
• Collaborate with other trainers and project staff to achieve common goals and objectives of the DDU GKY project.
• Participate in meetings and training-related discussions as needed.

II. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Retail Management, Business, or Education.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in retail training and development are preferred.
• TOT Certified
• Prior experience in training, especially in the retail sector, is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local employment opportunities and the retail industry in the target areas.
• Familiarity with DDU GKY project guidelines and goals is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
