Job description
– Mobilize youth (age 18+) for vocational training skill development programmers.
– Mobilizer act as a medium between society and organization to connect the youth with relevant skill development courses (Trades – SMO, SET, Assistant Electrician, Food & Beverage Services).

– Candidate should have excellent geographical knowledge of that particular block he/she will be applying for. Will prefer local residential of Jharkhand state.

Duties and Responsibilities
– Understand various skill development courses run by the organization and requirements by trainees to enroll for the courses
– Develop rapport with relevant stakeholders educational institutions, government institutions like panchayats, blocks, partner agencies, community etc.
– Conduct awareness sessions at schools, ITIs, colleges, communities etc. regarding the skill development courses
– Conduct door-to-door surveys in target localities as per pre-designed survey forms
– Advocate and counsel potential youth their family members on the benefits and job prospects of vocational training courses
– Conduct skill gap survey in close coordination with industries, govt. agencies and community
– Disseminate information to target groups regarding required documents to enroll for skill development courses
– Report target vs achievement on a regular basis. 100% target-based job.

Salary: 2.50 lakhs per annum + incentive
