We are seeking a passionate and experienced Flutter developer to join our team as a co-founder. As the Lead Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our app and driving its development from inception to launch.

**Responsibilities:**

– Lead the development of our mobile app using Flutter framework, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
– Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine product requirements, design user interfaces, and implement new features.
– Architect and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable codebase.
– Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, particularly within the Flutter ecosystem.
– Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
– Extensive experience (5 + years) developing mobile applications using Flutter framework, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Proficiency in Dart programming language and familiarity with Flutter widgets, state management, and navigation patterns.
– Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
– Experience with RESTful APIs integration, Firebase services, and other third-party libraries/plugins.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
