Company Description

Vezo is an online auto booking app that makes it easy and convenient for users to book rides in auto rickshaws or e-rickshaws. The app provides real-time location tracking, fare estimates, multiple payment options, and complimentary services for longer rides. Users can rate their drivers and provide feedback, communicate with drivers through the app, and view their ride history. The app also offers multiple language support and emergency assistance.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business development. They will work closely with the other co-founders to build and grow the app and its user base. The Co-Founder will also be responsible for establishing partnerships and relationships with auto rickshaw and e-rickshaw drivers, as well as developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Communication: ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including drivers, users, and investors
• Sales and Marketing: ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new users and drivers
• Research: ability to conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Leadership: ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives
• Entrepreneurial spirit: willingness to take risks and innovate in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred from any business school
• Experience in the transportation industry or startup experience is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
