Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Procurement Manager. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement in the Real Estate industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement role
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in contract management and vendor relationship management
  • Proficiency in purchase management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) experience is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to delivery
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and enhance efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing terms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Monitor and analyze procurement trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Supervise and train the procurement team
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes
