Position : Structural Engineer

Location : Hospet

Qualification : Btech /BE( Civil)

Notice Period : Immediate or 15 Days

Experience :5+ Years

Candidate must have a will be working for the construction of IOBP plant

Roles and Responsibilities:

The job role of an Engineer Structural Fabrication in a pellet plant involves designing, fabricating, and maintaining the structural steel components of the plant. The Engineer Structural Fabrication works in close collaboration with other engineers, such as Process Engineers and Mechanical Engineers, to ensure that the plant’s structural design and fabrication meet the required standards and specifications.

The primary responsibilities of an Engineer Structural Fabrication in a pellet plant include:

Designing and fabricating structural steel components: The Engineer Structural Fabrication designs and fabricates structural steel components such as platforms, support structures, conveyors, and storage silos, among others. They must ensure that the components are fabricated according to the required specifications and quality standards.

Assessing structural integrity: The Engineer Structural Fabrication performs regular inspections and assessments of the plant’s structural components to ensure that they are functioning as intended and are in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Coordinating with other departments: The Engineer Structural Fabrication coordinates with other departments, such as Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations, to ensure that the plant’s structural steel components are fabricated and installed correctly.

Managing modifications and upgrades: The Engineer Structural Fabrication manages modifications and upgrades to the plant’s structural steel components, ensuring that they are designed and implemented safely and effectively.

Supervising fabrication and installation: The Engineer Structural Fabrication supervises the fabrication and installation of structural steel components, ensuring that they are installed according to the design specifications and quality standards.
