Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
– Identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss loan products and financing solutions.
– Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized financial guidance.
– Assess clients’ financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate loan products.
2. Sales Target Achievement:
– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
– Conduct presentations and provide information on loan options to potential clients.
– Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
3. Product Knowledge:
– Maintain a deep understanding of various loan products, including personal loans, home loans, auto loans, and business loans.
– Explain loan terms, features, and eligibility criteria to clients clearly and comprehensively.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
– Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies in the loan origination process.
– Accurately complete all necessary documentation and paperwork related to loan applications.
5. Reporting:
– Generate regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and loan applications for management review.
– Provide feedback on market conditions and client preferences to assist in product development and marketing efforts.
6. Team Collaboration:
– Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.
– Share insights, best practices, and market intelligence with team members.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
– Previous experience in loan sales or a similar financial sales role is preferred.
– Strong understanding of loan products, lending regulations, and financial market dynamics.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
– Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
