Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join us as the State Head for our Financial Inclusion business model. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial inclusion strategy, managing operations, and ensuring the growth and profitability of our business within the specified state.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive financial inclusion strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
– Provide visionary leadership to the team and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
2. Operational Management:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Financial Inclusion business within the state, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
3. Business Development:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand the company’s footprint in the state.
– Drive customer acquisition initiatives and implement strategies to increase market share.
4. Team Management:
– Build and lead a high-performance team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to achieve individual and team targets.

5. Risk Management and Compliance:

Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry, with a focus on financial inclusion.
