§ Ensure the professional appearance and attendance of himself and their team.

§ Prepare sales and profit planning for parts and accessories.

§ Is responsible for planning,purchasing and sales of parts.

§ Liaison with B&P & Service Shop for parts order.

• Coordinate with Manager Service for preparation of KPI report.
• Communication with HMIL for day to day service parts issues.
• Adherence of seven steps storage policy.
• Maintaining RO Rate & Service rate.
• Proper analysis of loss sale.
• According to lost sale analysis maintain SSQ (Standard Stock Quantity).
• Ensuring proper part shipping is done.
• Analysis of phase-in & phase-out of service parts.
• Raising Marine Transit claim & SMR and proper follow up.
• Proper follow up of back order status and update to Service & Body-Paint section.
• Adherence of 5-S policy.
• Conducting internal audit of service parts on regular basis.
• Ensuring proper synchronization between service & service parts.
• Help B&P advisors to create estimate if required.
• Prepare and Submit reports of parts in stock.
• Ensure Dead Stock doesn’t rise up and reducing the dead stock.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
