Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Legal Officer at Sambodhi Retreat in Gaya. The Legal Officer will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to business law, legal consulting, legal document preparation, and contract law. The role will involve providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Ability to provide accurate and timely legal advice
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
