Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Land Purchase Head located in Gaya. As the Land Purchase Head, your responsibilities will include overseeing land acquisition activities for our housing projects, conducting market research to identify potential land opportunities, negotiating with landowners and developers, and managing the legal and documentation processes related to land purchase. This role requires strong negotiation skills, an understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in land acquisition or real estate development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to conduct market research and identify potential land opportunities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Gaya
