Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met. They will also be responsible for sales management and team management, and will work closely with other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Sales, and Sales Management skills
- Experience in account management and team management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or housing industry is a plus
