Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Sambodhi Retreat. The duties associated with this position include overseeing all day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring that guests receive excellent service, and managing staff personnel. Furthermore, the General Manager will be responsible for organizing and promoting activities, events and conferences held at the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in managing and leading teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer focus and the ability to provide an excellent guest experience
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance
• A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience in the hotel and resort industry is a plus
