· To Developing And Leading Corporate Legal Strategy To Promote And Protect The Company’s Matters.

· To Oversee Delivery Of Legal Services And Resources To Accomplish Corporate Goals, Strategies And Priorities

· Advising The Management And Other Senior Corporate Officers On A Variety Of Issues.

· Participating In The Formulation Of Legal Policy As A Member Of The Core Management Team

· Represent The Company In Legal Proceedings.

· Negotiate And Draft Contracts On Behalf Of The Company.

· Provide Legal Advice And Guidance To Company Management On A Variety Of Issues.

· Legal Expense Budget Preparation

· Legal Employee Development And Performance Management Skills

· Presentation Development And Delivery.

· Strong Negotiating Skills.
