Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmaceutical Research Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M Pharma) and a passion for pharmaceutical research. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced individuals to contribute to cutting-edge research projects in drug development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant information on pharmaceutical compounds and drug targets.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of new pharmaceutical products.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation using statistical software and other analytical tools.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, biologists, and clinicians to drive research projects forward.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards in all research activities.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M Pharma) from a reputable institution.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug discovery, and development processes.
• Experience with laboratory techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and cell culture is desirable but not required for freshers.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Python) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
