Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lab Technician. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) and at least 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting. This is a full-time role based in Bodhgaya, Bihar.

Responsibilities:

Haematology Lab Work:

·      Perform CBC analysis, blood grouping, and blood smear preparation.

·      Conduct phlebotomy procedures.

Pathology Lab Work:

·      Collect and label samples accurately.

Cytology:

·       Prepare smears from body fluids and perform microscopic analysis.

Histopathology:

·      Process tissues, operate a microtome, and perform staining for microscopic analysis.

·      Conduct routine lab work in the histopathology lab.

Biochemistry Lab Work:

·      Separate serum and plasma.

·      Conduct biochemical testing such as LFT, KFT, thyroid profile, and ELISA testing.

·      Interpret data from biochemical tests.

Qualifications:

·      Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

·      Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting.

·      Strong practical experience in haematology, pathology, cytology, histopathology, and biochemistry lab work.

·      Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Attention to detail and accuracy in lab work.

·      Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
