Job Description:

v Look for innovative ways to generate leads

v Participate in Industry Exhibitions and Trade Shows.

v Identify and Build Partnerships which can help us generate Leads

v Connect with the leads using cold calls, emails, and convert them into prospects

v Build Effective Sales Pitch and Sales Collateral

v Onboarding and Training

v Understand the business needs of the prospects

v Always available for customer support and help.

v Sales to be done by phone and email.

v Closing the deal.

v The executive should generate client interest

v The executive should be able to ensure that this interest is converted into purchases by the client

v To generate clients and convince them to buy our Services and also to make collection from clients.

v Convince prospects to invest on new Projects with the Company

Candidates Requirements:

v Candidate must have completed graduation

v 1+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing. Talented fresher also welcome.

v Should have local area knowledge and of native languages, to easily communicate with local suppliers and retailers (prospects).

v Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

v Excellent communication skills. Ability to convince customers

v Highly self-disciplined, self-driven & motivated

v Ability to handle pressure in highly competitive work environment

v Excellent reporting skills

Compensation:

v Unlimited incentives opportunity.

This is an exciting opportunity as this will be our first Sales Hire. You will be building our Sales team and laying down the foundation for our Sales function. You will be closely working with the founder & CEO

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
