Job description
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR department s budget
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations proposals as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidate who has worked as an ware house/ Logistics should be preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years and maximum of up to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience in Patna
- Have a good network of agents.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
- Male candidates is Preferred for Patna location
