  • Monthly recruit distributors/dealers/customers
  • Search for potential client data through internet, newspapers, business magazine etc.
  • Identify the prospective clients as distributor of USR POWER lubricants
  • Schedule and attend meeting with prospective clients for doubt clarification and order follow up
  • Visit such identified clients and speech the product of lubricants
  • Follow up with the potential clients by cold call for the requirements
  • Build the database of the clients based on above and visit them
  • Develop funnel for potential customers.
  • Visit the leads provided by the team and convert into sales.
  • Key Account Retention and client servicing
  • Submit the quotation with the support of seniors to the customer.
  • Negotiate for order closing with the help of seniors.
  • Enabling distributors and customers with service support from USR POWER Customer support as well himself.
  • PAM will have to regular visit 3-4 times to distributors & 2 -3 times visit to dealers in a month and report to Marketing Head.
  • Ensuring completion of Business Planning with all active distributors before 20 -25th of every month.
  • Driving the capability building plan with distributors by ensuring timely trainings for various parameters.
  • Driving the coverage programs like demand generation, Customer focused programs, industry forum participations etc.
  • Assisting the distributors in large deal Closures by accompanying them for Customer calls.
  • Ensuring distributors Policy Adherence and Processes in the assigned districts.
  • Facilitating the issue resolutions at customer end through distributors and support teams, if any.
  • Capability presentation in accounts with solution architect to achieve Target.
  • Sales through the distributors.
  • Responsible for distributor’s productivity and their ROI.
  • Keep up to date with Competitive activities in the allotted districts.
