UPLERS SOLUTION PVT LTD is Looking for:

Role Overview Description

  • As a Works Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance and repairs of plant and machinery.
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance and customer support teams for smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance of plant and machinery.
  • Identify repair requirements, assess faults and execute repairs as per SOPs.
  • Liaise with vendors for spare parts procurement and repair services wherever required.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams.
