Programa is Looking for:

• Develop and maintain front-end components using ReactJS and NextJS in a headless CMS environment, primarily with Sanity CMS.
• Collaborate with the Growth Dev Team to implement signup flows, onboarding processes, and other frontend features.
• Identify and fix bugs on the website to improve speed and performance.
• Integrate Segment CDP for data tracking and analysis.
• Integrate HubSpot forms for lead generation and marketing purposes.
• Ensure seamless Wistia video delivery and integration with the website.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager, to understand requirements and provide frontend assistance accordingly.
• Take ownership of tasks and projects, working independently to deliver high-quality results.
• Continuously optimize the website for performance, user experience, and SEO.

Engagement Type:

• Uplers / Talent Agreement – Part Time Contract for 3 months
• Payout will be managed by Uplers

This Role Requires:

• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development, particularly with ReactJS and NextJS.
• Proven experience with Sanity CMS development is essential.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with integrating third-party tools and APIs, such as Segment CDP, HubSpot, and Wistia.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect frontend experiences.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing previous frontend projects and experiences would be advantageous.
