About Role:

As the Manager of App Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing stakeholders to provide valuable insights into our business. A strong command of SQL and a deep understanding of clickstream data are essential for success in this role. Experience with Tableau and a proven track record of handling clickstream data are required, while experience with AB testing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
• Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data from our databases to derive insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Dive deep into clickstream data to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AB tests to drive business outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in team management, with a total of 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Strong understanding of clickstream data and its importance in driving business decisions.
• Prior experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with AB testing methodologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in team handling, with an overall experience of 6+ years.

Non-negotiable Skills:

• Experience with the Clickstream data is non-negotiable.
