Role Overview Description
- We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team.
- This role will be remote working from India with work timings of 12:00AM to 8:00AM IST.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable by verifying invoices, ensuring accurate coding, and submitting for approval.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis.
- Maintain vendor files and records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong bookkeeping skills and proficiency with accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
