Job Title: Business Development Associate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to help grow the company’s customer base and revenue.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business growth
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
– Identify sales opportunities and actively pursue them through email, phone, and in-person meetings
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation
– Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
– Work with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches for potential clients
– Assist with contract negotiation and closing deals
– Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and progress
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
– 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Comfortable with making cold calls and meeting new people
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to travel as needed
Experience: Freshers most welcome and not more than one year of experience.
