Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in a field sales role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
