Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Track and review APS retail plan
• Track and ensure APS manpower beat map conformance
• Coordinate to ensure IF limits are in place
• Track and ensure new retailer mapping
• Track and ensure AMD, AD service level
• Address grievances of APS
• Check and act on interritory / interstate sale
• Plan and conform to monthly journey cycle plan
• Assess performance of APS manpower
• Report market / competition action to zonal head
• Identify and propose to zonal head strong potential APS
• Ensure standardization is followed at APS
• Facilitate Hub head to conduct APS MPR
• Develop solutions through QC tools / QC story for recurrence prevention of any variance
• Track and Drive DMS usage at APS
