The Sales & Marketing Administration team will be responsible for providing back office support to the Sales & Marketing team. The responsibility shall lie in coordinating all efforts for tenders, quotes creation, price submissions to customers/ prospective customers.

This function is considered as the backbone in order to realize sales, increase profitability and bring business potential to the firm.

B. Qualification

o Primary: Graduate

o Post-graduation will be an added advantage.

C. Experience and Skills

o At least 2 years of experience in tender and quotations team.

o Strong creative and analytical skills.

o Proven understanding of commercial aspects, such as electrical products types (versatility/SKU’s).

o Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, data base management and other tools.

o Commitment to work with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.

o Strong written communications skills.

E. Key Responsibilities

o Responsible for preparation of quotations, for the assigned customers, based on inputs received from the Procurement team or respective Sales personnel/ Sales Head/ Business Leadership.

o Preparation of documents as per customer tender & quotations requirement.

o Registration of electrical supplies /product/SKU on GEMS or any other requisite website.

o Record all bids and quotation timelines and ensure responses are

o made in time.

o Discuss and quantify risk on customer opportunities and discuss

o with S&M Head, MD (as required).

o Minimum expected bid submission /response adherence at 90%.

o Provide analytical reports from time to time in terms of bid: participation to win ratio.

o Gain understanding and knowledge over the minimum profitability required in product lines (supply of goods) or job work (supply & execution) with close coordination with the procurement team.

o Ensure adherence to the protocols and guidelines provided by the Reporting Manager.
o Submission of management reports, as desired

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
