for RANCHI-JHARKHAND
Experience: Min. 2 years experience as Office Admin.
Position: Office Admin
Location: Delhi.
· Team work ability, should be able to handle the team.
· Problem solving ability.
· Ability to delegate work & get it done in limited time frame.
· Documentation management.
· Managing work flow.
· Creating & managing team schedules.
· Reporting to HR & senior management.
· Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures.
· To support the accounts department
· Help in collections, billing, audits and journal entries..
· Maintain timelines.
· Set clear purpose, goals and expectations for the team.
SKILLS
· Good communication skills both written and verbal.
· Should be smart enough to tackle OE and maintain TAT.
· Must find ways to get the work done in the specified time period.
· Must have administrative qualities.
· Good knowledge of computer, M.S. office, portals, etc.
· Must have interpersonal skills, adaptability, and conflict resolution and mentorship.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
