Job Description:

A 500 crore FMCG Company with presence in more than 4 states, needs AVP – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS(CA) for RANCHI.

Qualification: CA

Job Description :

Experience: Min. 5 years (preferably in Manufacturing unit)
Position: AVP – Finance & Accounts

Location: Based at Ranchi

1. Responsibility of overall Finance and Accounts

2. Arrangement / Coordination of external borrowing from bank

3. Statutory Reporting & Compliance

4. Monthly MIS reporting with analysis to Board and Investors

5. Sound knowledge of Accounting standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation

6. Treasury Management

7. Finalisation of statutory audit, internal controls and risk assessment

8. Coordinating with auditors for timely closure of audits

9. Handling of due diligence during fund raise

10. Developing SOP across the organization for F&A

11. Implementation of ERP

12. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and take on different roles

13. Self-starter with ability to take initiative and constantly challenge the status quo

14. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality are critical

15. Team player that can partner effectively across organization to help drive report/project completion within deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 – ₹170,000.00 per month
