Role Description

TRLS | Healthcare Consultancy is seeking a full-time Facility Director for an on-site role located in Dhanbad. As Facility Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the facility are functioning effectively and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the management of staff, managing budgets, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with key stakeholders to ensure that the facility is meeting their needs and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a track record of successful leadership in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with patients, staff, and key stakeholders in a healthcare setting.
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Experience in budget management and financial planning.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
