• Only female candidates with good communication skill in hindi as well as in english are preferred.
• Must have working experience in MS-office (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Outstanding Negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
• Must have strong convincing power and pressure handling capacity.

• Call customers to inform & convince about the importance of company’s products and services.
• Generating Leads or Searching & Collecting desired information from the clients by using own skill and new marketing initiatives.
• Creating a Database of Fresh / New Clients, Followup Clients and Converted Clients.
• Followup / Communicate with the created database through phone calls on daily basis.
• Fix / Organise a meeting with the customer.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
