Job Description

Trigyn has immediate requirement for Master Trainer 2 preferably on a contract basis.

Skillset:

Preparation and maintenance of training materials and schedules
Should analyze application end user requirements
Review available training materials, facilities, and methods of training available.
Develops training schedules online/offline for the team and evaluates available training plans.
Identifies and makes recommendations for future training needs.
Make recommendations for modifying course content or delivery, as needed.
Interact with training developer, training coordinator, and end-user to assist with the design and implementation of the total training package.

Qualification Requirements: Candidate should have a Master-Degree.

Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience
